How Women Are Preparing To Retire Rich

Long at a disadvantage when it comes to preparing well for retirement, women are saving more and participating more in employer plans. Separate analyses released recently by retirement giants Malvern, Pa.-based Vanguard and Springfield, Mass.-based MassMutual, reveal major gains made by women in the past few years.
